Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Client Services professional to own a portfolio of Employee Benefits accounts. You will manage client relationships, renewal activity, and collaborate with production teams to tailor solutions.

The role emphasizes service quality, revenue targets, and opportunities to expand coverage with clients. Supervisory experience and knowledge of insurance are preferred.

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned group of Employee Benefits accounts and help make sure each client gets steady, high quality support.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their day to day contacts, stay close to the renewal process, and work with the production team to help shape the right solution for each account.
• Help secure existing business and look for new service and coverage opportunities that fit client needs.
• As you manage complex accounts and keep an eye on service, margin, and revenue targets, you’ll help create a smooth client experience and strengthen long term relationships.

How you'll make an impact

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.

• Ability to spot opportunities to support retention and add new lines of coverage when they make sense for the client.
