Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in the United Kingdom. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, strengthening relationships and ensuring value-added interactions.

You will manage renewals, address coverage gaps, mentor teammates, and uphold compliance. A P&C license, 3+ years of client service/claims experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in client service and/or claims management.
• Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance professional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sale of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and excellent service.
• Help your team address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, giving feedback, and fostering growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.

About You

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years Client service and/or claims management experience
• OR-
• High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
