Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or campaign roles.
• Outbound prospecting and senior leader relationship-building are essential.
• Proactive, organized, and commercially minded.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify new business opportunities.
• Convert campaign responses and market insights into meetings and sales opportunities.
• Research organisations and decision-makers to uncover opportunities.
• Support webinars and events to generate client conversations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports in CRM.
• Assist Senior Campaign Specialist in shaping strategic campaigns.
