Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Manager to ensure exceptional service to clients by actively managing accounts and guiding the Client Service Associates. You will work with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and help drive a learning environment within the team.

You will lead complex renewals with a 95% target, prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and present proposals. You will also cross-solve with clients to leverage Gallagher resources and guide new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze proposals, and develop client presentations.
• Guide and support new hires and account associates; foster learning within the team.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure client satisfaction and renewal targets (95%).
• Cross-solve with clients to identify resources Gallagher can provide.
