Bupa is seeking a Benefits Senior Analyst to join our team in London or Belfast on a hybrid basis. You will support pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes through data analysis, reporting and operational support as part of the HR/Reward function.

Working closely with HR, Reward stakeholders and providers, you will maintain benefits data, generate insights, handle enquiries and help ensure compliance. This role suits someone with HR/benefits experience who enjoys data-driven work and

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, benefits, pensions or reward administration.
• Strong attention to detail with passion for data accuracy.
• Confidence with spreadsheets, reports and large data volumes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day administration of pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Maintain and validate benefits data to keep records accurate and up to date.
• Produce regular HR/reward reports and data extracts.
• Assist with enrolments, renewals and lifecycle activities.
• Investigate data discrepancies with providers and internal teams.
• Support invoicing, reconciliations and routine reporting.
