Job summary

Bupa in London is seeking a Benefits Senior Analyst to support pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes across the EMEA region. You will analyse data, generate reports and provide operational support, acting as an extension of the HR team to maintain accurate records and smooth benefit administration.

The role emphasizes data quality, stakeholder collaboration and process improvement. It is a hybrid London/Remote position on a 12-month fixed-term contract with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, benefits, pensions or reward administration.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort with large datasets, spreadsheets and reports.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Maintain and validate employee benefits data; ensure accuracy.
• Produce regular reports and data extracts for HR and Reward stakeholders.
• Assist with benefits enrolments, renewals and lifecycle activities.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with providers and internal teams.
• Support invoice processing, reconciliations and routine reporting.
