Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Bid Manager for our Belfast office with occasional travel to Portadown. The role delivers high-quality bids across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation projects.

You will lead bid management and writing, ensuring compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities. Key duties include managing the bid lifecycle, coordinating with SMEs, and ensuring full compliance with tender instructions and deadlines.

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids to client specs.
• Produce clear, concise bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials for quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather evidence and documentation.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve bid library with case studies and CVs with marketing team.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to develop bid-writing capabilities.
