Job summary

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead high-quality bids across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation projects. The role requires strong bid management and writing skills to deliver winning submissions for public and private sector opportunities.

You will manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission, collaborate with SMEs, ensure compliance, and develop a robust bid library with the marketing team.

• Excellent time management under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private bids.
• Produce clear, persuasive bid content under deadlines.
• Review and enhance bid materials for quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for evidence.
• Ensure compliance with tender instructions.
• Prepare materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain bid library with case studies and CVs.
• Support team in bid-writing capabilities.
