Job summary

Manpower Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-quality bids across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation and maintenance projects. You will manage the full bid lifecycle and coordinate with subject matter experts.

The role requires strong bid writing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Travel to Portadown and other sites may be required.

• Full UK driving licence and valid for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids, ensuring compliance with client specs.
• Produce clear, concise bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance bid materials to maximise quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather evidence and supporting documents.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve the bid library with case studies, project profiles, and CVs with Marketing.
• Provide guidance to teammates to develop bid-writing capabilities.
