Manpower is seeking an experienced Bid Manager for our Belfast office. You will manage and deliver high-quality bids across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation and maintenance projects.

The role emphasizes bid management, writing, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to win public and private sector opportunities. The successful candidate will lead the full bid lifecycle, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and help develop bid-writing capabilities across

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing public sector bids.
• Strong bid writing and submissions.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple bids.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids.
• Produce clear, persuasive bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders for evidence.
• Ensure submissions meet tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare content for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain bid library with case studies and CVs with marketing.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to develop bid-writing capabilities.
