Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEMH provision in Chorley to start in September. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with a pathway from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
You will support pupils aged 6-16 with SEMH and SEND, build positive relationships, implement behaviour strategies and work with staff to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.

We are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH provision in Chorley from September. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to progress from a temporary position to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
This specialist setting supports pupils aged 6-16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, associated anxiety and additional SEND requirements. The school provides a highly nurturing, therapeutic environment where positive relationships, individualised learning and emotional wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do. Pupils benefit from tailored support designed to help them rebuild confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
