Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to assist pupils across SEMH schools in Salford. You will build relationships, help students manage emotions, and deliver targeted interventions to improve behaviour and wellbeing.
The role supports students in Primary and Secondary settings, with early career and ongoing CPD opportunities. A DBS check is required, and all pay is processed weekly via PAYE.

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Workers to support pupils across a range of Primary and Secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools in the Salford area. You could be working with students who experience anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma‑related behaviours, attachment difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, or low self‑esteem, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve success both in and out of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
