Job summary

Bourne Grammar School is seeking an exceptional colleague to lead the Reintegration Room, supporting a small group of students who need extra help to re-engage with learning and return to lessons with confidence.

The role requires calm authority, sound judgement and strong professional boundaries, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people. You will work closely with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with behavioural or pastoral needs.
• Strong boundaries, calm authority and professional discretion.
• Ability to coordinate records and liaise with staff.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the Reintegration Room and support student reintegration into lessons.
• Coordinate pastoral and administrative processes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with safeguarding, SEND, pastoral and teaching colleagues.
