Or are you ready for your next role in education? This Behaviour Support Worker position starts as soon as you are available and promises to be challenging but hugely rewarding.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement behaviour strategies tailored to individual students.
  2. Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to create an inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and success.
  3. Provide curriculum support to students who may be struggling academically.
  4. Offer emotional support to students experiencing anxiety.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Dedication to positively impacting children and young people's lives.
  • Previous primary/secondary education experience is not required; full training will be provided.
  • Interest and knowledge of special educational needs.
  • Understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Provision of two professional references.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is for a temporary position, with potential for permanent placement later.

We provide free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. Candidates must have or obtain a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
