A welcoming mainstream primary school in Croydon is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This is a long-term, term‑time position supporting pupils who require additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.

Role Overview

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils who display challenging behaviour. You will help create a calm, structured learning environment and support pupils in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
