• Monitoring attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and academic progress.
• Acting as a positive role model and mentor for students.
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and personal development.
• Delivering targeted academic interventions to improve attainment in Mathematics, English, and Science.
• Encouraging high levels of aspiration, engagement, and achievement.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional behavioural, pastoral, and academic intervention. • Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs.
