ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Behaviour Mentor in HAVERING, LONDON, YOU'LL PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN SUPPORTING STUDENTS WITH CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS. WORKING CLOSELY WITH DEDICATED STAFF IN A SCHOOL RATED 'OUTSTANDING' BY OFSTED, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND MAKE A LASTING IMPACT ON STUDENT WELLBEING AND ACADEMIC SUCCESS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BEHAVIOUR MENTOR

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
• Use your creativity and aspiration to inspire students to reach their potential.
• Contribute to the overall ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration within the school.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
