Job summary

KPI Education seeks a proactive Behaviour Mentor for a high-performing secondary school in Wandsworth, Inner London. The role focuses on behavioural, pastoral, and academic support for KS3-4, with opportunities to contribute to student progression and attainment.

The position offers weekly pay (£700–£715) and extensive professional development as part of a dedicated pastoral team supporting students to achieve their potential.

Qualifications

• Degree from a Russell Group University.
• Excellent GCSE results and strong A-Level grades.
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to establish positive relationships with young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group behavioural support.
• Manage behaviour and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Support students at risk of disengagement from education.
• Collaborate with Heads of Year, teachers, SEND staff, and senior leaders to implement intervention programmes.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, behaviour and academic progress.
• Deliver targeted academic interventions in Mathematics, English, and Science.
• Mentor students and support social, emotional and personal development.
