Long Term Futures are recruiting an experienced and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in Waltham Forest, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who understands the challenges that can prevent young people from fully engaging with education. You will work closely with students requiring additional behavioural and pastoral support, helping them remain in lessons, manage challenging situations and develop more positive approaches to school.
Previous experience supporting challenging behaviour within a school or youth setting is essential for this position.
