Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 in a Bromley secondary school. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, work with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND, and help implement behaviour plans to improve engagement and outcomes.
The role focuses on promoting emotional regulation, de-escalation techniques and positive behaviours, with an immediate full-time start and a strong emphasis on attendance and wellbeing.

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning. You will act as a positive role model, encouraging attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
