Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a confident and caring Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need extra help to thrive in school. You will work one-to-one and in small groups to build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and help students get the most from their learning.
Collaborating with teachers and SEND staff, you will promote emotional regulation and maintain a calm, supportive environment, enabling every child to succeed in suitable settings.
We're working with a friendly primary school in Coalpit Heaththat's looking for a confident and caring Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need a little extra help to thrive in school.
You'll work with children on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions, helping them build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and get the most from their learning. You'll work closely with teachers and the wider school team to create a calm, supportive environment where every child has the chance to succeed.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
