Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a kind, patient Positive Behaviour Facilitator to join a welcoming primary school in BS6, starting in October. You will support pupils with SEMH/ASD/ADHD to feel safe, understood and capable of accessing learning with calm, consistent strategies.

The role values proactive, empathetic applicants and offers flexible work patterns, weekly PAYE payments, and ongoing CPD. DBS checks and safeguarding training are provided.

Job description

Protocol Education are looking for a kind, patient and proactive Positive Behaviour Facilitator to join an openhearted primary school in BS6, starting inOctober.

This is a truly rewarding, person-centred role, supporting children with additional learning needs to feel safe, understood and confident in the classroom. You may be working with pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or other learning differences that can affect behaviour or access to learning. Every day is about helping children feel seen, supported and able to succeed in their own way.

The school is keen to welcome someone caring and intuitive, someone who can build trusting relationships and provide calm, consistent support to help pupils manage emotions, behaviour and learning.

What We Need to Get You Started?
  • Passport
  • Two proofs of address, such as driving licence, utility bill or council tax letter
  • CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
  • Two years of references, including SEN or childcare where applicable
  • OSPC if you have lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
