Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a specialist PRU in West Drayton. You will support students with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and barriers to learning, building trust and supporting emotional regulation throughout the school day.

The role is full-time with immediate start available. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, forging strong relationships and modelling positive behaviour.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Ability to manage & de-escalate challenging behaviour.
• Experience working with 1:1 and small groups is preferred.

Responsibilities
