Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in West Drayton (London) is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH in a dedicated school. The role is full-time with a September start and pay from £92.59 per day, depending on experience.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, build positive relationships, assist with behaviour management, and work with teachers to implement strategies, contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education, SEMH, SEND, care or youth work.

We're recruiting Behaviour Mentors to join a specialist SEMH school in West Drayton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require consistency, encouragement and positive role models to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The Role
