Long Term Futures Ltd in Derby is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Learning Practitioner to support pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH and behavioural needs within KS3 and KS4. This role is full-time, term-time only, with a temp-to-perm progression path and a daily pay rate of £110-£125.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to deliver tailored one-to-one and small group interventions, build positive relationships, and monitor progress in a nurturing learning environment.

Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a specialist Alternative Provision Academy in Derby (DE24) to appoint a dedicated Behaviour & Learning Practitioner. The academy supports pupils aged 11-16 who have been referred from mainstream schools or the Local Authority due to behavioural, social, emotional, or additional learning needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting young people to overcome barriers to education, develop positive relationships, and achieve successful outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
