Job summary

Clarendon Academy in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, is hiring a part-time HLTA to lead behaviour support within the Behaviour Hub. You will work with pupils across years 7–11, assisting them to refocus and complete recap work while coordinating with the SENCO and wider support staff.

The role requires a Grade 4 in English and Maths, strong communication, and a collaborative, proactive approach. 30 hours/week, 39 weeks/year, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Has at least a Grade 4 in English and Maths.
• Experience supporting students with SEND/behaviour needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support pupils who struggle with behaviour.
• Work in the Behaviour Hub with the Assistant Headteacher.
• Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers and support staff.
• Help students complete recap work and refocus to learning.
