Job summary

The Clarendon Academy in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, is seeking a personable and dedicated HLTA to work as a learning lead in our Behaviour Hub, starting as soon as possible. You will support students who are not in their timetabled lessons, help them complete recap work and refocus ready to return to learning in lessons.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team including SLT and SENCO, work with students across years 7–11 including those needing SEN and behaviour support, contributing to

Qualifications

• Has at least a Grade 4 in English and Maths.
• Shows passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills and can work with pupils, staff and parents.
• Enjoys working with young people and can develop good relationships.
