Job summary

Clarendon Academy, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, invites applications for a Learning Lead HLTA within the Behaviour Hub. The role focuses on supporting pupils not in lessons, helping them complete recap tasks, and refocusing to re-enter learning with confidence.

You will join a dedicated team including SLT, teachers and the SENCO, supporting students across years 7–11, including those with SEND or behavioural needs. A proactive, caring approach is essential.

The role will involve working with our behaviour and inclusion team to support students who are not in their timetabled lesson for a short period of time, assisting students in completing recap work and refocusing ready to return to learning in lessons. In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated team that includes SLT, teachers, support staff and our SENCO. The role will require you to oversee and support pupils who struggle with behaviour.
