The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a purposeful learning environment for students, managing their behaviour effectively and ensuring that all pupils are engaged with their tasks. There is a strong behaviour system within our school and expectations of disruption-free learning are clear and non-negotiable for students. As Cover Hub Supervisor, you will be supported by other supervisory staff, along with senior leaders who can assist with any issues that may arise. You will also receive ongoing support from a centralised behaviour team and can direct students not meeting expectations to complete their work in our behaviour suite.
