• Manage deliveries, stock movements and related administration within set timeframes.
• Ensure auditable processes and risk controls are followed with corrective action where needed.
• Respond to refunds and complaints per company guidelines with appropriate escalation.
• Utilise commercial reports to inform decisions and optimise promotions and discounts.
• Lead local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver an industry-leading consumer experience.
