Job summary

Totalmobile, a Field Service Management leader, is hiring a Business Development Representative to fuel growth. You will engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, introducing our Field First Platform and solutions.

You will qualify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop a strong sales pipeline to support international expansion. Training is a core part of the role, with clear progression into senior sales positions.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in Business Development, Sales Development or similar customer-facing sales role.
• Experience working within SaaS, technology or software sales environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for sales and growth.
• Keen to hear from recent graduates pursuing a career in technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Introduce organisations to the Field First platform and wider portfolio of solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create high-quality sales pipeline contributing to international expansion.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to support growth.
