Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a Business Development leader to scale a high-performing BDR organization across Northern Europe, including UKI, Nordics and Benelux. You will own strategy, leadership, and daily execution of the BDR team, partnering with Account Management and Marketing to drive a data-driven, AI-enhanced outbound program and pipeline growth.

You'll hire, coach, and develop top BDR talent, refine KPIs, and implement scalable processes while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to achieve GTM

Qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B sales development with leadership experience.
• Ability to scale BDR/SDR teams across regions and languages.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted outbound tools and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and develop top-tier BDR talent.
• Define outbound strategy across email, phone, social, events, and ABM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align GTM strategy and pipeline goals.
• Implement AI-powered research and personalization to improve productivity.
