FlowX.AI is seeking a high-impact Business Development Representative to fuel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work with sales and marketing to connect with potential clients, understand challenges, and position our AI solution for their needs.

The role requires completing discovery calls, demos, and building a strong pipeline. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven quota attainment.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance and/or Logistics.
• Strong client-facing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with high autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and fit with our solution.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, ensuring a high-quality sales pipeline.
