Job summary

Computershare UK in Bristol is seeking an Operations professional to manage the end-to-end share purchase lifecycle for upgraded EquatePlus clients. Based in the Bristol office at least three days a week, with flexible home working, you will ensure timely enrolment, contributions and monthly/quarterly purchases.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Purchases and the Operations Manager – Purchases to deliver compliant, scalable processes and provide expert guidance across global client

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in share plans or financial compensation environments is preferable.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions in an operational context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of maintaining strong delivery for large client bases.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple complex activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of tasks aligned with SLAs.
• Timely processing of eligibility, enrolment and contributions files.
• Manage contribution funds with strict adherence to FCA's CASS rules.
• Execute purchases in line with the agreed date for corporate clients monthly, quarterly or yearly.
• Help build and maintain streamlined processes for all plan purchase activity.
• Develop documentation for purchase processes to ensure governance and control.
• Provide expert advice on share purchase lifecycle to the wider business and clients.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve complex customer queries and system demands with high service standards.
