Qualifications

• Experience managing employee share plans.
• Experience with financial services or listed companies.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong data handling and deadline discipline.
• Knowledge of MIFIDPRU remuneration requirements is useful.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end administration of employee share plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures and lapses.
• Run annual grant and vesting cycles, including calculations, documentation and participant communications.
• Maintain accurate share plan records and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Support regulatory, tax, accounting and reporting requirements.
• Manage annual share scheme reporting and statutory filings, respond to employee queries.
