Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably in share plans or financial compensation.
• Strong understanding of share purchase lifecycle and related processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrolment, contributions, and purchase activities across global clients.
• Ensure timely processing of files and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage contribution funds with strict attention to FCA CASS rules.
• Develop and document purchase processes for scalability and governance.
• Provide status updates to clients and senior management.
