Qualifications

• Expertise in EMI/ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas (employment NIC and capital gains tax).
• Experience in share valuations and liaising with HMRC.
• Staff management and mentoring experience; client-facing and fee discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the share plans team in Reading and manage growth initiatives.
• Advise on tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership.
• Coordinate with clients and HMRC on valuations and compliance.
