adi Mechanical is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southern England. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term partnerships across manufacturing, process engineering and industrial sectors.

Working closely with leadership, estimating, engineering and operations teams, you will develop technically appropriate and commercially competitive solutions while expanding a robust pipeline

Competenze

• Proven success in business development or technical sales within engineering/industrial sectors.
• Ability to build relationships with engineering, operations and procurement teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southern England.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in manufacturing, process and industrial markets.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and senior leadership.
