You will develop and optimize embedded controls software for the HV battery management system, implement real-time control algorithms for safety, SOC, and SOH, and support the overall hardware/software ecosystem for Formula 1 hybrid powertrain.

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related.
• Bachelor's with 5+ years embedded software experience in automotive or motorsport.
• Expertise in battery management systems and control algorithms.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, and maintain embedded C/C++ software for HV battery systems.
• Implement real-time data acquisition, HW abstraction, and diagnostics features.
• Perform MiL/SiL/HiL tests and trackside testing support.
• Ensure software quality and safety standards for high-performance motorsport.
