Job summary

Flexicruit is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our established property maintenance team, covering planned refurbishments across Hampshire, including areas like Eastleigh and Fleet. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with a company vehicle or fuel allowance.

You will install baths, showers, sinks and sanitaryware, undertake copper pipework, and undertake panelling, sealing and snagging. Excellent communication in occupied homes is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter with refurbishment skills.
• Strong skills in installing baths, showers, sinks and sanitaryware.
• Solid copper pipework experience and pipefitting ability.
• Ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication when working in occupied properties.
• Experience working in customers' homes with professionalism.

• Bathroom strip-outs and preparation.

An established and growing property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join its team, covering planned bathroom refurbishments across Hampshire.

The company specialises in plumbing and heating services and works closely with housing associations and local borough councils, carrying out high-quality work in customers' homes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bathroom strip-outs and preparation
• Installing baths, showers, sinks, toilets and other sanitaryware
• Copper pipework and plumbing
• Bathroom panelling
• Sealing, finishing and snagging
• Leaving work areas clean and tidy
• Working professionally in occupied properties
• Completing work to a high standard

This is a customer-facing role working in occupied properties, so good communication and professionalism are just as important as your practical skills.

There is no construction site work involved.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Bathroom Fitter
• Strong bathroom installation and refurbishment experience
• Good copper pipework experience
• The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Experience working in occupied properties

Panelling experience is desirable but not essential.
