Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a long-term social housing contract in Stoke-on-Trent, on occupied properties, delivering full bathroom refurbishments from start to finish. You will handle plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring, ensuring a high-quality finish while maintaining safe access for tenants.

A valid CSCS card and your own van and tools are required. This role offers a daily rate of £200, weekly pay, CIS, and long-term ongoing work with an immediate

Qualifications

Experience completing bathrooms within social housing.
Proven ability to complete plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring to a high standard.
Must have CSCS card and own van and tools.
Attention to detail and quality of finish when working around tenants.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a long-term social housing contract in Stoke-on-Trent, working on occupied properties completing full bathroom refurbishments.

As a Bathroom Fitter you will need to be able to complete all aspects of the fit including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing work, so you'll need to be confident taking a bathroom from start to finish and leaving it to a good standard.
