Job summary

Hotel Indigo Gloucester has a fantastic opportunity for a Bartender to join our growing team on a 16-hour per week contract, earning £13.20 per hour (£10,982.40 salary plus service charge).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as bartender / cocktail bartender.
• Depth of knowledge regarding wines, spirits, beers and cocktails.
• Ability to provide recommendations to guests based on preferences.

Responsibilities

• Create guests' drinks orders, mix cocktails and pour specialty drinks.
• Recommend drinks based on individual preferences and knowledge of categories.
• Work with F&B team to ensure excellent guest experience and manage allergen information.
