Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort in Milford Haven is seeking a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. The role focuses on crafting experiences and maintaining high service standards in a beverage-led environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of F&B experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, with strong English communication skills. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours over 5 days and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food and beverage service outlet.
• Knowledge of working within a beverage-led environment.
• Ability to converse in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused culture aligned with the Resort's goals.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships within the team and other departments.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Hygiene policies and resort procedures.
• Understand monthly budgets and help achieve department targets.

OUR IDEALHERO WILL HAVE -

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
• Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English
