Job summary

Join the Greatest Story in Hospitality by becoming a Bartender at our Ty-Milford Hotel in Milford Haven. You’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, crafting cocktails, pulling pints and delivering memorable experiences with every pour.

The ideal candidate will have Basic Food Hygiene, at least 1 year in a beverage-led service, and clear English communication. This permanent role is 37.5 hours across 5 days, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.77 and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year.
• Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment.
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for helping to maintain a customer-focused culture which support the values expressed in the Resort Ambition and the Resort’s business goals of profitability and service quality.
• Establishes and maintain effective and positive relationships within the team as well as other departments.
• Complies with the resort’s Health and safety, Hygiene policies as well as all other resort policies and procedures.
• Maintains an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
• Maintains an understanding of the controls in place that monitor performance of the Department.
