Job summary

Celtic Collection is seeking a Bartender for The Parkgate Hotel, part of our hospitality portfolio. The role involves working in a beverage-led environment within the Food & Beverage department, delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to a profitable, high-quality operation.

We require NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering or equivalent, Basic Food Hygiene certification, and at least 1 year in F&B service. English communication is essential for daily guest interactions.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience in a food and beverage service outlet (min 1 year).
• Knowledge of beverage-led environments.
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused culture aligned with Resort ambitions and service quality.
• Establish positive relationships within the team and with other departments.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Hygiene policies and resort procedures.
• Understand monthly budgets and contribute to achieving them.
• Monitor departmental performance controls.

OUR IDEALHERO WILL HAVE

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
• Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English
