Job summary

The Celtic Collection is recruiting a Bartender for The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff. You will join the Food and Beverage team, delivering high standards of service and maintaining a guest-focused culture.

You should have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and at least 1 year of experience in F&B. Proficiency in English is essential to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year.
• Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment.
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused culture aligned with Resort Ambition and profitability goals.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships within the team and with other departments.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Hygiene policies and all resort policies.
• Understand the monthly budgets and work towards meeting them.
• Monitor departmental performance controls and reporting.

OUR IDEALHERO WILL HAVE -

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
