Job summary

The Celtic Collection is recruiting a passionate Bartender for Coldra Court Hotel in Newport to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver friendly, professional service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to memorable guest experiences while crafting a wide range of drinks.

Part-time, 30 hours per week, at £12.77 per hour. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and around one year of beverage experience; strong guest

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering or equivalent.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Experience in beverage-led operation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and guest interaction.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to a high standard.
• Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues across the hotel.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering (or equivalent)
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• At least 1 year of experience within a food and beverage environment
• Experience or knowledge of working within a beverage-led operation
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for delivering outstanding service
