Sopwell House in Hertfordshire, set in 12 acres of countryside, seeks a full-time Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

You will craft drinks, maintain a pristine bar, and recommend beverages while working with the team to ensure flawless service during evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes warmth, pride, and a passion for superior hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally hospitality or luxury settings.

Full-Time Position (40 hours)

Your role in our family:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting
• Strong barista and bartending skills —essential for this role
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confident, professional, and personable with great communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
