Job summary

Sopwell House in Hertfordshire is seeking a Brasserie Waiter to join our luxury hotel dining team. This role offers permanent contracts and casual hour agreements with shifts aligned to the Brasserie hours (6:00 AM – 11:30 PM).

Deliver exceptional service, greet guests, seat them, explain menus, and work with front-of-house and kitchen teams to create a warm, memorable dining experience. Previous high-end hospitality experience preferred; flexible, guest-focused, and a team player.

Your role in our family:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
