Bartender . Reports to: Head Bartender / F&B Manager . Location: UBA Shoreditch (part of Hart Shoreditch) .

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Bartender in the Uba you are responsible for achieving objectives in high customer service whilst maintaining the high standards that Uba expect. You will deliver an exceptional support to the team and help the bar run smoothly to the specification of the UBA Managers and work as part of the bar team to deliver exceptional service.. From morning coffees to late-night cocktails, you’ll take ownership of the bar operation, maintaining stock, consistency, and supporting your team in delivering exceptional drinks and warm, effortless service that reflects the UBA and Hart Shoreditch ethos..

WHAT YOU’LL DO3>

• Serving guests at the bar and delivering an excellent service..
• Always making sure the standard of the drink is to the highest level.
• Making sure the bar is stocked up at all times..
• Cleaning the glasses and making sure the bars never run short..
• To work with the whole team to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
• Ensure consistency of the product throughout the Venue.
• Always making sure the team have what they need to run a smooth service..
• To carry out the smooth and efficient running of the service as appropriate.
• To learn the menu and develop their drink knowledge..
• In depth knowledge of the full menu, and able to give a detailed description of cocktails and drinks offering..
• To comply with legal requirements of Food Hygiene and H&S.
